Delete Your Account

Applies to the Astroya app by ADVERTEX ADVERTISING RESEARCHES AND CONSULTANCIES LLC. Last updated: 26 August 2026

You can delete your Astroya account and the data associated with it at any time, using either of the two methods below. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Method 1 — inside the app (fastest)

  • Open Astroya and sign in.
  • Go to the Profile tab.
  • Tap Delete account.
  • Confirm by entering your password.

Your account is deactivated immediately and your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

Method 2 — by email

Send an email to support@astroyai.com with the subject "Delete my account" from the email address your account is registered to. We will verify the request and delete the account within 30 days, confirming by reply.

What is deleted

  • Your account (email, name, password hash);
  • Birth data (date, time, place) and gender;
  • Onboarding quiz answers;
  • All personalized generated content (horoscopes, readings, chat history, dream interpretations);
  • Device and push notification tokens.

What may be retained

  • Payment and tax records that we are legally required to keep, for the statutory retention period;
  • Records held independently by Apple, Google or Stripe under their own policies;
  • Aggregated, anonymized statistics that no longer identify you.

Important: deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings (or the Stripe portal for web purchases), otherwise the store will keep charging you. See Terms of Use → Subscriptions.
